Hello everyone! It's been a while! My life is getting more and more mundane. Everyday I don't even have the will to on my laptop, so now I'm resorting to typing on my itouch. Hahaha. It's beginning to be like doing the same time everyday. Routines. Oh anyway today is bubble tea day! Hahahhas. Every wed I'll get to have bubble tea. So it shall be my only interesting day of the week. Oh and if I work on sat I get to drink too. Lols. Although I'm hoping to save all my allowance this week, I'm not gng to give up on my bubble tea. Arghs I don't know what to type anymore. Anyway my pay for this month is only 350. I don't know why ):

3 days of rest rocks. Been sleeping, sleeping and sleeping. Hahahahas. And i finally have the time to deal with the shop's stuff. So what's next. Next i wish to think of more interesting things to blog about, cause my blog is getting so mundane. Been catching up with all my shows. Tried watching time traveller's wife online but fell asleep instead. Hahahas.

Oh btw, for those having SIP now, please remember that we're supposed to submit an E-journal from the period of 24th sept to 30th sept. Remember kae! I guess everyone is working on a public holiday except for me. Hahahas. Esp those in the hotel line.

I realised that i have not much time/lessons left before my driving test. ): And i seriously think my narrow course sucks. Help anyone? After 2 more lessons of learning new things, that is provided i already master those i've learnt, i only have 5 lessons of practising left. ):):):

Okay right now i'm writing anything that comes to my mind, so everything is really jumbled up! And shucks, i forgot what i wanted to say. Nvm next thing on mind was that i baked my thumb while baking cookies as well. ): Anyone wants some baked thumb? Hahahaas.

Oh i rmb what i want to say already. Me and joy came to a consensus that we have this great temptation to spend money once we get to. Hahahas. Because we're both cooped up in an isolated land everyday, and our meals are provided, we hardly get to spend any money. And this makes us want to spend more money when we can. This is bad. It's supposed to be a good time to save more money, yet my bank balance is dropping. ):

I had the chance to sit in to a official meeting ytd. It was a different experience all in all. The way people are supposed to present. The way how ideas and opinions shoot across the room. The way how the discussion went on and on, round and round and in the end no conclusion. Hahahas. It reminded me of project meetings. And the club is super scary at night. Once i walked out of the boardroom i got a shock. Hahahas. The whole place was so dark.

I've got to go meet sinee now! Had my driving lesson this morning. Circuit. Drove till my left feet went numb from controlling the clutch. Hahahas. Kae, bye everyone! :D Oh btw my colleague who is supposed to guide me along is leaving alr. Today's her last day. No more coaching anymore! ):

Work work work.

It's the 4th day of work! Tmr's the 5th! Didnt update ytd as i was too tired and slept at 745pm. Hahahas. Yes that's how tired i was. I'm kind of looking forward to Tuesday cause i get off! And guess what, i may have driving lesson on tues 8am when i have to work till 9pm on Monday. You know what is going to happen. Hahahas. Okay, update of what i did at work.

3rd day-

I learnt that there are many different kind of people in the working society. I've encountered people who only do what they're paid for, people who enjoy pushing blame, people who really don't care about the quality of their work. Yup, until now that're the more interesting ones. So ytd morning, once we entered the office, my manager got a call from GM asking why he's receiving some documents that he shouldnt. Apparently we passed them to the secretary and told her that the documents were for filing. So when my manager told the secretary that her staff actually said she told her to file those documents, she said, 'OH! it's not that colleague who passed it to her, it was another one!'. LIKE WTH, it was totally that colleague of mine who passed it to her can! So from this, i learnt that this is part of working life and you have to be prepared to handle all these shit. And you really cant do anything but swallow and forget about it.

Basically for the 3rd day, i did pasting of stamps. I pasted few hundreds of stamps. Hahahas. And i mailed them all out. That's the most number of mails i've ever mailed out to date. Other than that, i did filing in the smelly storeroom, surf the net to look for birthday treats ideas, update feedback log, and the manager said she had nothing else for me to do already! Hahahahas! So i sat there and surf the net awhile and stoned from 5pm to 6pm. Hahahaas.

4th day-

Today, my whole aim of going to work is to accompany joy. Hahahas. Like seriously. No specific task. But it was a good day. Helped out in the kids' birthday bash. Really interesting event. The kids were so cute and the way they were all trying to get their parents' attention was really interesting. At first, i felt weird to go and play and talk to the kids as i was afraid they might not want to talk to me but i decided to take the first step and mix around with them and wow i was amazed. One boy was very funny, we asked him for his name and at first he said i dont want to tell you. Then he said my name is dumb dumb. Hahahahas! And then he said his brother is dumbdumb. LOLS. And there was this mum bringing 4 kids, 3 girls and 1 boy, names all starting with E. Emason, Elysia, Emelia and Elina. Not sure if they're spelt correctly though, but they're all super cute. Hahahas.

And helped out at the golf range card redemption counter. Talked to some other staff and got to know them better. I think that after some time, after getting to know more people in the club, work may be more interesting. I just hope that i dont get cooped up in the office for the whole 5 months. Think i'm going to request to help in the running of events as well. It may be tiring, but i think it will be a good learning experience and i will be able to work my brain. Hahahahas! Oh btw it's interesting to hear about the previous batches of interns. Hahahas. And joy and i aimed to be like the first batch. (: Right joy! Hahahahas.

Kae, shall rest for 2 more days of battle again! Hahahahas. Guess we all have to change our perception of our work in order for it to be interesting. Oh did i say everyone in the club are quite friendly and nice? Even all the aunties. Hahahas.

Oh and i dont even have time for the shop stuff. Damn. Anyway next collection in preparation! Photoshoot next sunday! Sorry if you all are waiting!

i missed you so much i cried.

Hola! Back from 2nd day of work! Today i did filing, slotting things into staff lockets while squatting in the storeroom that stink from a rat's death. HAHAHAHAS. And it was damn stuffy. Totally develop a headache the moment you stepped in. Admin has never ending work to do. I had to keep filing staff leave application forms. The phone keep ringing. Letters keep coming in. Emails keep coming in. BUT! we managed to finish our work half an hour earlier today! Because the manager was not in and so we didnt have endless work to do. If she's there, i bet you will never finish the work. Before you finish one thing, the next assignment comes in. Hahahas. Faints. But oh wells, work is better than no work. Oh btw, i counted stamps and tallied them today too. I was totally thankful i'm not an accountant. Hahahahs. Other than that nothing much. Went around collecting feedback forms and all. Hahahas. Oh btw this may be boring but i'm trying to keep a record of what i do so that it will make my life easier when i write my report.

And i got my results today. Damn the lodging. I got C+ for it. And Bs for DPD and MICE. Not even plus. But the rest all As and distinction. Okay la, i just hope that my GPA is good now. But the TP website is loading like even slower than a snail. ): Okay that's all. Back to watch teevee, bathe, watch teevee and sleep. HAHAHAHAS.

BAD FIRST DAY.

Oh damn. Seriously, can someone tell me that my life is going to get better? Guess what. It's the first day of work and they asked if i could help out this weekend in the carnival from 9am to 6pm. And then on Monday to stay back till 9pm. Which means monday i'll be working from 9am to 9pm. Like fk. ): And i'm stuck in admin. The people in there are nice. But the work is shit. I'm like in charge of the feedbacks and damn. Handling all the complaints and shit. Now i'm going to pray that everyday will be compliments and no complaints. Hahahas. Anyway, the whole point is it's the first day of work and i am already counting down to the end. Unless it gets better. Please tell me that everything will get better. ): Anw, i'm in a different dept as Joy, she got social and marketing and she had to design a poster today. Hahahahas.

What i wish to do now is go to lalaland. But i want to watch teevee. Hahahas. So i shall go bathe, watch teevee and sleep and wake up to the same routine again. ARGHS!

Btw I need to jot down what I did today to help in my SIP report. I basically pasted addresses on almost 200 envelopes and wrote 30 JAN 2010 for almost 200 times as well. On birthday cards for the members. Hahahas. And I cut spare paper. And learnt how to record all the feedbacks. Oh there was an orientation tour as well and the changing room is really nice. Lols.

boring shit.

These 2 days are plain boring. I woke up at 11 plus am from the various calls that i was receiving and then went back to sleep at 12 till 4pm. Went out yesterday with Joy to supposedly shop for work clothes but after that i realise that my wardrobe is suitable for work, but not hers. Hahahas. Oh wells, but everything was so expensive i told her to online shop instead. Hahahas. And later i'm returning to the same place i went tomorrow. I went there before my trip and after my trip, i'm returning to the same place again and again. Blame it on the size of Singapore.

I just read sth funny. The person wrote 'uber long car'. It's a limousine duh. Anw this is random. Hahahhas. I'm bored and have nothing to doooo. And now i'm entertaining kok.

Am back from dinner. Sucks. Hahahas.

We often tell lies because the truth hurts. After trying so hard and you still cant do it, the best solution is to do nothing at all.

You know i'm glad that you still remember the small little things. All the things that i never thought you'll remember. You know that 5 years down the road, i'll still be here for you whenever you need me.

it all felt like yesterday.

I’m back from my BKK trip! :D And that spells the start of internship! I can smell it already. Hahahas. The mall in BKK are like so huge we took 3 days to finish a 6-storey mall. We walked and walked everyday and we came up with a conclusion which is that the thais are not obese as they walk alot everyday. Their jams are horrible. You’d rather choose to walk. Really. Hahahas. We shopped on the first day, sightsee on the second, continue shopping on the third and more shopping on the fourth. It was indeed a shopping spree. But now that i’ve emptied all my loots, i feel like i havent bought alot. The hotel was not bad except for the fact that our bathroom kind of stinks after a while and that the corridors do not have any air con. But housekeeping was efficient. They delivered the pillows we asked for within less than 5 minutes. And no one wanted to open the door, so eventually i did and i chose to keep all the pillows for myself. (:

Hokay, what else? Oh the teevee channels sucks. Except for this tian yin channel that kept playing olden days chinese movies. We watched this channel for the whole of 4 days. Some of the movies are so abstract that we didnt get what the whole show was about even after it ended. Hahahas. Oh and breakfast isnt very nice. But i think the hotel is quite efficient. They built a ramp the next day after they see so many people nearly trip and fell.

We went to Grand Palace and Temple of the Emerald Buddha for sightseeing. I think the architecture of the whole place is magnificent.

And on the 3rd night we went to Baiyoke sky for buffet. Dining at 76th storey high was really a different experience. Hahahas. The buffet was so-so only except for the cocktail prawns which are so fresh i ate so much of it. Hahahas.

And look at the toilet signs of the public toilet of our hotel. Hahahas. I didnt know that the first one was female until i saw the other one. Hahahahas!

And on the way to the airport, we saw RAINBOW!!! And not just one but 3! Hahahas. They were all so nice!!!

And that marks the end of our bkk trip!

We always think that the last will not be the last. We think that we have forever, but we dont.

and we flew on the flyer which stopped flying for a while back then.

Today was awesome! Went to SCC at around noon time and it had to rain and we had to miss the stop. Hahahas. Well at least we know where to stop at already. Then we made our way down to Dhoby Ghaut where i bought the travel insurance (like finally), and we went to MINDS cafe to meet the rest. Games till 6pm and then off to the singapore flyers! And i am jetting off in a few hours time and i really wish to catch some sleep before waking up at 3am again. So yea. Goodnight!
