Do you know that in a Peranakan house, there are 2 staircases. One on the left and one on the right. One is for the men, the other for the ladies and children. I cant rmb which is which though. Interesting. (:

Their trishaws. Some were nicely decorated. But some looked abit like erm, funeral transport. (Pardon me for saying this. :X)

The problem with 2 people going is that in the photos it's only either one of us. So we came up with the idea of trying to capture us with the landmarks/sceneries in the background. Took us lots of tries. I think we looked like idiots while doing it. Hahahas.

The fruit sorbet was awesome!

This was the first traffic light we saw after like %*@^*(@ hours of bus ride. We were so excited when we see it! Hahahas!

I tried to combine my Malacca photos into a collage but kind of failed cause it kept hanging my comp. Maybe not failed but rather I gave up. Hahahas. So I'm just going to upload a few nicer ones here. Above photos are in reverse order. Hahahs. Lazy to move them. The rest are at facebook alrights! (: Malacca I feel is a place where it's enough to just visit once. Like a I'vebeenhere thing you know? Hahahas. We finished all the cultural places within a few hours of the first day and that meant alot of walking. The weather didnt make it any better. Had chicken rice balls for lunch. And the verdict was that loose rice tastes better. But the chicken was good. (: Dinner was a cheap deal! SGD5.50 and we filled our tummies to the brim. 7 siewmais, some potato thing, a plate of char kway teow and chendol! Went for Thai massage (I know I shouldve went when I was in BKK the other time right! Hahas) which was great. I love it when each and every of the bones inside me has the cracking sound. Shiok ttm. But there were some sensitive parts and some real painful parts.

Second day was supposedly dedicated to shopping but we didnt really buy anything cause there wasnt really much things to buy. I woke up with my left eye swollen. Totally couldnt open it. But it got better as time passes. Walked around the mall, went for some peranakan food and then back to the hotel to wait for the coach! Oh and never try the bubble tea there, it sucks. Hahahas. And it caused me a torturous bus ride thereafter. HAHAHAHAS.

Anyway, now I have like bus sickness. After the bus rides to and fro French lesson today, I feel sick. Must be the very very long bus rides recently.

I have this sudden idea to do up my noticeboard. I want to like pin pictures of the landmarks of countries I've been to on it. And maybe of places that I want to go as well. Wait till I develop my photos! Hehh. I think I'm gonna try to save up for a trip at the end of this year. Maybe to Taiwan. Afterall, it's on my wishlist and I'm supposed to fulfill it this year. Then next year off to Japan Hokkaido. I hope the whole of 761 can go together! Would be cool isnt it!

I think a few more weeks of slacking and I'll be so sick of this slacking life. So probably will start looking for a job. But I dont really like the idea of being tied down by work. ): Esp those that you have to work till night or on weekends. Hahahas.
